Placing
online orders with us will require payment in advance for the goods. This may
be done by any of the methods detailed on this site. Any personal information
you divulge to us will not be shared with any other party. No details will be
retained or used by Forbes Footwear after the purchase is complete unless you
sign up for our emailing list which can be done on the website.
Lead Time
and Delivery
Our website
is kept as current as possible. We have a large number of shoes that are not
displayed on the website as their availability cannot be guaranteed past our
original receipt of goods. From time to time goods ordered online may not be in
stock in our store. We will procure the items as soon as possible. If there is
to be a delay we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at
this point you do not wish to proceed with the transaction we will refund the
entire purchase amount without question.
Deliveries
are made via registered post. Once the goods have been posted we have no
further control of the time taken or care taken with the goods. Basic insurance
is included with all posted items. All items are posted to the delivery address
supplied by the buyer. Errors in the given address are the responsibility of
the buyer.
Refunds and
Returns
We will
happily provide refunds on goods that have not been worn and are a current
stock item for us. Shoes must be received back into our store within 10 days of
you receiving the goods. We require prior notification to the goods being
returned otherwise there may be delays. Any postage or delivery costs to return
the goods are at the buyers expense. If you would like to exchange for a
different size the cost of returning and the cost of postage of the new size is
the responsibility of the buyer. Goods must be returned in their original
packaging. A replacement size will not be despatched until the original size
has been received.
Any shoes
bought on sale are non-refundable.
